Sales procedure

1. The end Buyer issue his Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with the bank information, Company Registration Certificate, passport and proof of founds.
2. The seller will perform due diligence on the Buyer, if accepted the Buyer will sign a framework agreement with the Seller's mandate and the Purchase Sale Agreement (SPA) with the Seller.
3. The Buyer will be invited to inspect the product at the security warehouse in Switzerland with his trusted technician.
4. After verifying the product, an escrow account will be opened in Switzerland at the Buyer's choice and expense, where the Buyer will deposit the funds to pay for the quantity of product to be purchased, the minimum quantity is 40kg.
5. The Seller will allow the Buyer to access the Security warehouse with SGS or equivalent personnel to perform Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) control on the product to be purchased.
6. After the positive Q&Q inspection, the Seller will issue Commercial Invoice (CI) to the Buyer.
7. The escrow account holder binds the payment to the Seller and to the intermediaries of the transaction.
8. Upon confirmation of receipt of funds by Seller’s Bank, Buyer shall take full ownership of the goods.
